LNAP is back November 22-23, 2023!

 

What the Hoot is #LNAP?!

Long Night Against Procrastination (LNAP) is a drop-in study blitz event that provides supported after-hours study space, services, and stress relief.

LNAP will happen on Wednesday, November 22 to 2am Thursday, November 23.

Library and Academic Support staff will be on hand for:

  • Research & general help
  • After-hours appointments & drop-in help
  • Fun breaks and activities

Stress Balls & Time Management Jars

Join Learning Strategists Rae and Kristine for some fun and informative activities between 6pm-8pm. Location: Library Main Floor.

After-Hours Security

Popcorn, Pizza & Swag with the Students' Association

Drop by between 5pm-9pm to chat with members of your Students' Association, and grab some popcorn and SA swag. Look for pizza at 8pm! Location: Library Main Floor. 

RBC On Campus @ LNAP

Drop by between 5pm-9pm to have fun learning about financial literacy. Location: Library Main Floor. 

Bring a travel mug! Free hot drinks will be available throughout the evening, courtesy of RDP On Campus and RDP Library.

Stress Free Zone

Need a break? Head to the Stress Free Zone to borrow a game, or do some colouring or crafts. Location: Library Main Floor.

The Write Night @ LNAP

Writing doesn't have to be solitary!

The Write Night is a writing intensive to start, polish, or finish any writing assignment for any class! A Writing Tutor will be available all night to help with all your writing and citation questions. 

When: 6pm to 2 am
Where: Tutoring Centre (2nd Floor)
Who: Everyone welcome! Come, stay, and go as needed. 

Attend a Mini-Session!

Attend one of the Mini-sessions (in the Tutoring Centre) for help with specific skills:

  • 7:30 pm: How to Avoid Procrastination
  • 9:00 pm: Thesis Statement Development
  • 10:00 pm: Research & Citation Tips

Chemistry Tutor Ibrahim is available for in-person drop-in between 5pm-1am. Location: Ask at Library Desk.
