In CINAHL, run a basic search for "dementia."

At the top under the search bar, select "All filters" then use the limiters on the right for age and gender to limit to research on 80+ year old women. Once selected, hit "apply." How did this affect your results?
Look at your number of results! What is another relevant way you could narrow the results down, besides age and gender?
Find an article that has an "Access options" button and click on it. Select "PDF." What happens? Can you name one advantage to using the PDF version?
In CINAHL, on the left side under "Research tools," select "New search". Re-run a basic search for "dementia."

Click on CINAHL Headings on the left under Research tools. Use the search box UNDER "CINAHL Headings" and search for "dementia". Tick the box next to dementia. Subheadings appear below. Choose a few subheadings relevant to dementia and click "Add to search" (button is near the top, under the CINAHL Headings search bar). How does this affect your results?
